UHi, I want to know some general info. If a stolen property is recovered under another case (not the one that is filed by the owner),
Then to recover the goods S(he) has to file superdari application. But I want to know is it compulsory to write that case no. and section in it, under which that case has been filed ? How do lawyers get that detail ? Do they visit police station before filing a superdari application ?
