UI have rented a self drive and there has been an issue with the car through no fault of ours.
The repair is clutch plate replacement and the self drive agency is pushing the expense on us. I drove safely and know for sure that the problem isn’t caused by my driving.
The agency had submitted a driver’s license of one of our group members as part of the procedure.
What is the worst case scenario here? Can the agency cause any trouble if I decide to go for a replacement/duplicate DL after an FIR?
