My laptop (Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16) is still under warranty, but it has been damaged by two different authorized Asus service centers. The main screen has stopped working, and it was previously showing artifacts—classic signs of a dying GPU. On top of that, I’m facing multiple other issues after the service visits.
Despite repeated follow-ups, Asus hasn’t provided any meaningful help or resolution. I’m planning to lodge a complaint with the District Consumer Court.
