Should Online Board Meetings be recorded and stored under the Companies Act?

Does Companies Act require the recording of all board meetings that occur by video conference as per Section 173(2)? I also found a MCAnotification that the Chairperson should take reasonable care to to store for safekeeping and marking the tape recording(s) or other electronic recording mechanism as part of the records of the company at least before the time of completion of audit of that particular year.

Does this refer to storing electronic Minutes of the Meeting or actually record the whole meeting on Zoom?
