Sim got barred after someone filed a cyber crime against my mobile number

Hi Everyone,

My sim got suddenly barred of incoming and outgoing services by my telecom service provider. After going through a lot finally got to know someone from haryana raised a cyber crime online financial fraud against my mobile number. My service provider provided me with the details of the cyber crime complaint raised and now are asking me to provide NOC from Haryana Police. I have never done any financial fraud or even a online fraud ever and now, I am stuck. Can anyone help me, how to get this resolved quickly.
