Skills and legal knowledge required to work in an FMCG or product based company’s legal department.

I have practiced in a firm dealing with banking matters for a year and then later worked in an insurance company for almost two years.

I am not keen to continue my career in BFSI industries as I don’t find it much interesting besides there was unnecessary pressure all the time.

I am on a break right now and would like to apply in product based companies, inter alia, when I move back to the city.

Has anyone worked in such companies? Can you let me know the skill set required and the laws I need to be well versed in.

Would be gratefull to receive any guidance.
