May 2, 2026 at 11:13 amHello All.I bought a Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo 1.5 L TSI AT – Mfg – 01-2025 and registered on 03-05-2025.
I booked the car for a specific color on 03-2025 but the dealer did not provide me the specific car color. I settled for a different color and the dealer (Durgesh Motors/Trinity Skoda Bhubaneswar) and their employee – Johny assured that the remainingsales and after sales experience will be smooth.
They agreed to include 1 year extended warranty and 4 year service package program – which I asked because of all these harassment – as complimentary benefits, without any cost.
The employee dropped a mail from official trinityskoda mail id confirming this and that all things will be delivered via mail in 45 days.
Now coming to harrasment part –
I got the delivery on 03-May-2025, but the delivery date is added as 30-Apr-2025. I literally made the payment on 03-May-2025 and by 30โApr-2025 the color itslef was not decided. And they only enabled service package for a year. Now I have to pay all Servicing related amount.
This caused the service package to be valid only from 30-Apr-2025 to 29-Apr-2026. I had my servucing due today. When I went in today for servicing (as per my current residence in Hyderabad) they mentioned that I do not have the extended warranty and that the service package has expired. I was rightly shocked. And initiated the mail chain with email proof and WhatsApp chat messages.
The trinityskoda CRM is now making me run round and round without giving any solution.
I have clearly mentioned that I will go to consumer court if this is not resolved. I have added sales and crm head of trinityskoda and also added customer care of akoda india in mail. I have not even received an acknowledgement on the mail.
I would like legal suggestions for me on this.
