My partner is an Indian citizen and I’m an Indian-origin European citizen with OCI, we are planning to do a register marriage in India. His proof of documents point to an address which is not in the city/state he is currently residing in. What is the best way to approach this whole process?

Can he submit the 30 day notice in his current city?

Is it required for both of us to be present while submitting the notice?
