OK so long story short my Instagram account was disabled wrongfully so for something I did not do. Since then I’ve gotten meta as well to talk to enhanced support but to no avail. They keep giving me useless links which do not work out. I have seen people file small claims and I want to pursue legal actions as well as this has caused me considerable misery and distress. I have all the evidence to support me and I know I did nothing wrong.

Instagram suspended my account for being a dangerous individual or account which I am not. They haven’t provided me with any evidence to prove their claim as well.

What should I do? Where can I file an online report?
