Hi , we bought an old building along with the land in 2022. As per the papers , the land area is mentioned as 1800 sqft and the building is 2200 ( G+1). We didn’t check the land with the surveyors . Now it seems like we got cheated and the land area is only 1500 sqft. What can we do ?
