Society not issuing share certificate

  Hi we have purchased a flat in 2019, which supposedly falls under the landowner’s share, when we asked the society for a share certificate they’re denying it citing the agreement being invalid as it mentions landowners and us as the two party rather than the developer.
  How can we sort this issue please help
