Umy friend and I were walking within the society premises, a tennis ball brushed against my leg.
I noticed the individual who had thrown it. When I confronted them about the act he said “just keep fucking walking”
the exchange eventuality turned abusive between us, I had to control a lot because he had a small 3-4 year old with him. He kept abusing me saying i am harassing him and all.I also replied with few abuses
I intend to take action against him as he literally threw the ball to hit me, I have asked society for the CCTV footage.
how can i proceed with taking action against him?
