Hello I want documents related to BSES ON WHICH MY PLOT 100 sq yards was sold by someone to someone and sanctioned ELECTRICTY meter I have filed 156 (3) still no documents can’t be recovered by police and bses isn’t giving some to me

Tell me some ways to get documents I have already tried ombudsman and CGRFSTILL can’t get documents
