Someone is blackmailing for putting a google review, what to do?

An owner of an old printing shop is making his son write abuses and making voicemails where he is blackmailing of things just cause i exposed them in a google review where they overcharged and delivered defaulted product and not refunded the amount.
He’s making comments on social media, so far i have blocked him.

Seems like might be affiliated to a certain political party or maybe not.

And i am not the only one, there are 15-20 other people who’ve written bad reviews due to same or alike reasons.

Google review is a bad system. It exposes the name of the person writing the review. There must be a way to write anonymous review (and Google in its part must post reviews from verified users only).
