January 13, 2025 at 11:13 amI have purchased a flat which is still under construction. The builder has promised to provide OC by April 2025 but now it’s extended to June 2025. Additionally, the interior of the flat is not as it was informed at the time of booking. The flat is all dark and there is no sunlight. The builder, CRM and other employees are rude and won’t reply to my messages or texts. I had registered the agreement to sale in May 2024. I have been following up with the builder and his team from November when I first got to see the flat. It’s still not completed but floorings are put.
If I cancel the agreement to sale will I get any refund on the stamp duty or registration charges? What actions can I take against the builder?
I am super stressed right now and health is deteriorating because of it. I really need some advice here.
