We bought a wiggle car from star and daisy official site upon receiving the wiggle car was not moving, so we raised complaint for woch after video call they sent wheel replacement. And the issue was still same. After multiple video call , they cut the video call abruptly saying the wiggle car is working fine where as it is not at all moving and the child is trying hard to move it. And resolved the complaint as well automatically saying there was no such issue found and they provided the replacement of wheels just for our satisfaction. Its been a month and wiggle car is not moving as well.
So what can i do about this further?
If you are trying to buy products from star and daisy, think twice before buying even if they look attractive as i have seen multiple people’s facing similar kind of issues with them.

Send them legal notice and file consumer complaint.

General comment:
Star and daisy is a company that buys readymade chinese junk, slaps their label on it and sells it in India.
