April 9, 2025 at 2:30 pmSwiggy customer support escalation team guy promised me a full refund (Rs.422/-) after I complained about the very late delivery and horribly poor quality food. They asked me to wait for an email that will ask for bank details on the registered email address for manual refund process.It’s been almost 2 weeks and No refund process has been initiated nor did I receive any email or any update. I contacted them through email support and they brushed me off with a coupon worth Rs.84 which expired in few days. I tried to bring this issue to their attention through email again but they keep replying that the coupon should be enough for the inconveniences I faced. How can a 84rs coupon that expired in less than a week compensate for a failed refund of Rs.422?
I’m not very familiar with consumer court proceedings or with contacting NCH. Can you help me with information on what should I do to fight against this scam? I know the amount is not much but I feel like I got scammed.
Please help me.
TLDR: Swiggy promised refund. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I got nothing. Now they’re ignoring my emails and requests when I ask for updates. Brushed me off with a coupon worth less than 20percent of the actual refundable amount.

April 9, 2025 at 4:45 pmIf theyβve asked you to send an email- youβre on their ignore/spam list. You will never get a response if you have had to email them. File a consumer case if you genuinely need recourse.
