I’m facing an issue and need to get my passport within 15 days, so I applied under the Tatkal scheme. My permanent address is in Madhya Pradesh, but I’m currently staying in Delhi and can’t travel back home due to some reasons.

I’m trying to book an appointment here in Delhi, but I live in a hostel and they are not cooperating in providing the required documents like address proof and support for police verification.

I’m a bit stuck in this situation—can someone please guide me on what I can do? Also, how long does it usually take to get a Tatkal passport? I’m quite anxious about the timeline, so any help or advice would really mean a lot.
