Technical Doubt: Orders is not uploaded for case number

Hi,

I’ve recently saw a news about a particular case that I found very interesting. Its in the High Court of Kerala Case Type: WP(C)
Filing Number: 36169/2024
Registration Number: 36106/2024
**CNR Number: KLHC01-146426-2024**

I was curious to find what happened to the case. I found online from the Court’s website that the last hearing was held on 10-02-2025. However, when I try to find the latest order details, I get the message “Orders is not uploaded for case number WP(C)/36106/2024”.

What exactly does this mean?

Is there a timeframe for the court within which an action is to be taken?

Since this concerns the Kerala State Government, I’m wondering if there is some angle of influence.

Since I don’t have any expertise in this field I’m wondering If i’m missing out on something.

Doubt: If an order has to be passed that wrongly affects the State Government, will this case go on for ever?
