The guy is good but his wife is beating her and filling a domestic violence on him she as of now not here with him…. I want my home back so I am giving him notice period of 2 months as per contract .

I am worried about his wife if she don’t leave my house what I can do ???

Is there any situation where she refuses to give back keys ?

Hope and support hoga if you have registered rent agreement in presence of sub registrar.
In the notary case it will be difficult.
Rest documentation person will guide better.

Irct indian rail employee hai guy … but name bhi dala hai uska agreement mey….. Wife ka koi name nhi h agreement mey but likha hai guy name and his family members

NAL here but if the Agreement is in the guys name and if you have asked him to vacate the premises then he has to. His wife, if she doesn’t leave is then an illegal occupant, and you can then file a police complaint against her. But I don’t think baat utni tak aani chahiye.

I got rent through indian railways company but in agreement it is written on behalf of irct name of guy and his family members….

IRCTC took 3 months to reimburse me for my cancelled train ticket.

Do you really think they are competent enough to resolve this issue?

It’s not for solving this issue…it’s about this person being compliant with law…agar IRCTC ke taraf se agreement hui hai then it’s safe to just send them an intimation…coz from what I’ve read they are also named in the agreement.

The best way is to have an even bigger fight with your wife in front of them. Fake fight that really brings in your wife’s ability to act. Watch the movie thappad before doing the acting.

Scare them with your own fight, so whatever they’re fighting about becomes irrelevant.
