May 5, 2025 at 2:59 pmHello Fellow Redditors,I got a call today from my company with two options for my job position, get terminated or resign due to the position being redundant due to restructuring. For resignation the offer was two months pay, with 15 days mandatory work for hand over (the offer letter says, Either party shall have the right to terminate the contract of Employment by giving 60 days or basic pay and personal allowance in lieu of the notice. Your services are liable to be terminated. without any notice if the cessation is due to misconduct, disloyalty, act or omission involving. moral turpitude or any act of indiscipline.). I am thinking of resignation, any one have experience with the scenario?

May 6, 2025 at 1:54 amResign. Take money and start looking options asap. Negotiate that you will work full 2 months notice or until you get new job whichever is earlier
