Terrible experience at Croma DB Mall Bhopal – Pushed unwanted stuff & lack of professionalism

Hey fellow Redditors,

Just had a horrible experience at Croma DB Mall Bhopal. I was sold a backpack for 999rs which was supposedly ‘free’ and they pushed unwanted stuff like lifetime OS Zipcare. The Lenovo salesman was completely unprofessional.

Has anyone else faced similar issues at Croma?

How did you handle it?

Any advice would be appreciated!
