Testbook app deducted money 12hrs before the end of trial

I am appering in a govt exam in 10 days so I wanted to give a mock test to check my marks So I went to a famous website for mock exams named Testbook and I took a 2 days free trial at the cost of ₹1 on 4th May 2026 at 1PM but it did the autopayment of ₹600 on 6th May at 1AM Which was 12hrs earlier before the trial ends

When I tried to contact them at their email support they are giving automated response from a bot and they dont have a Mobile support and their response was that it was the problem of your UPI app and UPI app is saying it is problem of the Testbook app and Paytm also aknowledged that it was the early payment

Against whon should I lodge complain If i want to take Legal action on consumer court?
