The company is trying to throw my mom out of my job.

So my mom and my uncle both used to work at a second hand automobile showroom.It wasn’t anything big but not anything small either cuz it has an employee contract and all.So it has been 3 years they used to work together.At the beginning after about 1 yr my uncle decided he didn’t want to work at the company anymore so he resigned due to personal reasons.But my mother still continued doing her job. After about 6 months after he resigned the company owner decided to call my mother and my uncle both and he wanted my uncle to work for him again. My uncle first denied and after sometime the company owner told him that you should come work with us and we will give you a higher salary and a better position. But the salary mentioned in the contract was less even than the first time. At that time the GM and the company owner told him that if he continued working for a much longer time they will improve his position as well as his pay cut. So it has been two and half years since that time. A few days ago my uncle wanted to resign from the company because the company was not providing proper salary for a long time and the incentives were not counted properly as well. So he got an offer from one of their competitors and as my uncle was looking for a way out he decided to accept it. So my uncle gave his resignation today and the owner and the GM somehow found that he is going to be working for one of the competitors and they threatened my mom today that if my uncle goes and work for one of their competitors they will throw my mom out of her job.
But the situation somehow becomes more complicated as a week ago my mom and uncle bought a second hand car from there company. As both my mum and uncle were working for the company so the company decided to provide a discounted price. The ownership transfer of the car has not been completed yet but after my uncle provided his resignation today the GM called my mom and told her that you are to return the car as we were going to sale it at higher price but we gave it to you at a discounted price but as my uncle is leaving the company and is going to work for one of their competitors they need to return the car. And the GM messaged in the group chat and everywhere that the ownership transfer of my uncle should be stopped.
What should my family do in this situation???
Any suggestions..please

NAL.

1. Give the car back.
2. Let your Uncle and Mother join another competitor.
3. Buy a car from another company that they are joining.

Peace is more important. No point fighting with such people.
