I owe a fast food guy 11,800 and I was paying him properly on my dues until I hit rock bottom for the past 4-5months,he got a e-copy of my aadhar card,saw where I reside nearby and refuses to give me my bicycle back until I pay him fully also threatening to sell the bicycle and he knows people daring me to do whatever I want and I’ve a voice recording of him telling me that what to do next? Also my father is in a tight position financially, I work as a part-time pharmacist for 5000 my friends are trying to get the money I’ve no cibil score and a final year ug student

Try to resolve the issue amicably, these things escalate quickly. Borrow small amount of money from different people and give him back his rightful money
