SHello, I’m Aarushi (18) made some previous posts regarding my mother being diagnosed with lung cancer stage four. She is now being treated at RGCI hospital, Rohini—all thanks to the donors who donated for my mother’s treatment. I’m really grateful to them, and I’ll do my best to repay them after her treatment is done.
Now where does the problem started? This guys u/Intelligent-Pop-8829 has been harassing me from more than a week, and accusing me of being a scammer when I’m clearly not. Many people have reported me as a scammer to the milaap, and now they have stopped my withdrawal from the fundraiser because of that.
I have enough docs to prove, I’m staying at general ward of RGCI too. I have slips, receipt everything. This user doesn’t have any proof of me being a scammer actually, the only thing he is saying till now is that the prescription is fake because doctors don’t write like that. Mind you, this person is a grown ass man working in a bank and doesn’t know a single thing about medical field, and what can I even do when a doctor doesn’t write in cursive writing? Should I tell her to improve her writing or something else?
He is accusing my frnds from here too who are supporting me, kept saying that I have bought these accounts and they are part of this scam too.
Now please tell me how should I file a complaint against him? My fundraiser will stop in few days because of this guy and I won’t be able to withdraw any amount from now on.

SAlso, please comeback with better accusations and allegations since you don’t even have a Proof of me being a scam. Your logic doesn’t even match the things you are saying till now. You have mentioned that If I am so poor why do I have the access of PayPal, bro mother worked for like a decade to provide us basic necessities which also includes the internet and it’s not like only rich people use paypal. I’m telling you to take your accusations and allegations back or you’ll face some issue for real. Because I’m confident enough to prove that I’m not a scammer but are you CONFIDENT ENOUGH to prove that your allegations are genuine?

LFile a police complaint asap don’t delay it,then send the proof of complaint to Milaap,they will most probably take that seriously and release your funds for withdrawal. Meanwhile,send a UPI id that hasn’t reached it’s limit.

DFile a case… go to the nearest police station. If it’s true she is going to jail and if wrong you are for harassment.
Just because Reddit doctors say it’s false doesn’t mean it will be . What a joke . Since when internet started deciding about medications ?

SWhy do I have to reveal my face when I have all the docs who straightforwardly states that my mother is Maya Devi. I have my 10th marksheet and 12th too, should I upload them? These docs have my mother’s name. My mother is in hospital rn, should i upload them? I’ll just blue my face out. Or if there is a lawyer willing to help me then I’ll surely provide all the docs and also reveal my face. Thankyou.

You can file under BNS 317 cheating , 316 criminal breach of trust , section 91 cyber fraud and 120 conspiracy .

PBuddy, I hope you never have a relative suffering from cancer🙏YOU DONT UNDERSTAND how much mental stress and trauma you are in when you watch your loved one deteriote every minute every second from cancer and especially LUNG CANCER! You might think you’re doing a great job of exposing a potential scam harrassing her but she has posted PET SCANS, verified her name multiple times through various reports and unless you are a medico which you are not I request you to refrain from unnecessarily adding to her trauma.
Cancer is not only emotionally draining but financially draining too and she’s just freaking 18! So while I hope you are never in her shoes one day, please have some empathy.

HReach out to the platform and you can get your fundraiser verified easily. Provide them all valid documents such as bank statements showing the payments you made, hospital invoice.
