  I’m reaching out to seek some legal advice regarding a drunken driving challan I received about 1.5 months ago in Haryana. To give you some context, this was my first offence, and I deeply regret my actions. I know it was a mistake, and I assure you that it will never happen again.
  
  The details of the challan are as follows:
  
  * **Offence:** Drunken driving
  * **Date:** 1.5 months ago
  * **State:** Haryana
  
  I’ve checked the e-challan website, and it shows that the fine amount is listed as “0.” However, my driving license shows as “digitally impounded.” Despite this, I am still able to access my license through Digilocker without any issues.
  
  I want to know:
  
  1. What should my next steps be? Is there anything I need to do to resolve this situation?
  2. Could there be any future consequences, such as a suspension of my driving license or further fines, given that the fine shows as “0”?
  
  I feel genuinely remorseful for what happened and want to ensure I follow the correct procedure to clear things up. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  Normally when the fine is 0, that means you are awaiting court summons.
  
  You will have to go to court to settle this thing.
