To change last name or not

I would like a lawyers opinion on whether last name change post wedding causes problems or not? Ive had a professional career for 7 years now and known in the market with that name, plus there are degrees and other legal documents under my name.

I was wondering about the legal implication of changing it? And maybe hyphenated one would work out as well?

I dont have a strong opinion for taking or not taking my fiances last name.

No need to take the last name. Taking the Last name doesn’t depict love or any other thing. Instead causes a ton of headaches
