TODAY I send over 5000 rs to a clinic and it have been debited from my account and also all the upi transaction details all have been given but the creditor told they haven’t got the money so what should I do now since my money has already been debited from my account

Show your payment history to the creditor, ask him to verify it. Normally it should be credited in his account unless mistake happened & transferred the money to someone else. If he denies it again ask him to show his transaction history, there you could identify whether its received it or not.

I suffered this problem a few years ago. Sent 1000rs to a charitable organization and the payment failed. The money left my account but it showed payment failed.

Google support asked me to submit my bank statement to show the money was debited and their bank statement to show money wasn’t credited. Obviously the organization did not give me their bank statement and google just ate my 1000rs

Later on I learnt that one should use the bank’s own upi system to prevent this kind of issue.

Just show that to the clinic and tell them to take it up with their bank.

Ask the clinic guy to show transaction history and confirm yourself and he definitely hasn’t received than fine a complaint in NPCI website under amount debited but not credited to beneficiary they will resolve within 3 days and amount will be credited.

Wait for 48 hours it will either reverse or gets credited . Happened to me 2 weeks back .

Wait till 12 till the settlement happens and keep checking on that specific transaction on the upi app if it shows confirmation from the clinic bank then they have got the money
