USo I had booked a group tour with the travel agency, to thailand singapore and malaysia. Had many problems during the tour and while coming back from tour. Where they only informed us about the airtravel being booked cheap flights like 4 days before, then the company guide left us on the road at 3am morning for the bus pickup and went with other traveler’s in other bus. So I had complained about him and gave a bad review on Google. So now he is calling me and harasing me. Idk what to do.

RDelete your review and post a new review adding the harassment part. ask your friends to mass review the business.

**Do not delete the old review.**
Just poste a new review additionally mentioning the harassment instead.
If you delete your old review, and the agency is serious about taking you to court (even if it’s highly unlikely), **they can just edit screenshots of your deleted review to something actually defamatory** and present those. And then it will be your word against theirs.

HStop taking their calls and block their number if the harassment continues. Keep a record of all communication (calls, messages, etc.) from them. If they persist, file a police complaint for harassment, as you have every right to share your honest feedback without intimidation.
You can also report the issue to the Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or through their online portal for redressal.

UI have blocked them but they are calling from other phone number and saying that they will talk with the local politician who is there business partner and he lives in our city

HIf deleting the review feels safer, do it. Your safety comes first. You can still report anonymously on the Consumer Helpline later.

DDelete your review.
Post review from other email IDs after some days.
Make sure to do that so that other travelers don’t use their service -

UIf you’re worried about his political muscle power, do this:
1. Delete your review
2. Wait for two weeks
3. Open a new email address and give a bad review. Do not share any information about your trip experience that can be traced back to you.
4. Wait for 7-10 days.
5. Repeat step #3.

UI don’t see them misusing it under normal circumstances. I am guessing you’ve okay shared your six / twelve months bank statement in a PDF format?

SCopy that review of yours and add new review in QUOTE and reply to that that you are harassed. This will make 2 reviews.

SJust do one thing, forget about this and delete your review for now. Later hire a service that will rate them bad and they won’t know that it’s you.
Since they are involving politicians they are very petty.

ATell him you faced a lot of issues during your tour and are disappointed in the way he is behaving. In case he thinks something you said on the review is wrong then request him to point out what is wrong.
