Traffic violation challan with mobile camera proof

So there’s an order stating police can’t use personal mobile camera to capture traffic violations to give fine.

I got a backseat no helmet fine, and we saw the cop taking the pic in his mobile. So is the any way we can challenge this?

If you can prove the cop took the picture using his personal phone then maybe yes…

If you can get the full original image it contains EXIF data which shows the mobile/camera make and model and all the details. If you can get those details then confirm which mobile phone was used and how do you came to know it was his personal phone
