May 7, 2026 at 1:19 amHey guys,Need a second opinion. Was driving in pretty heavy rain, visibility was not great. My dashcam (mounted center, 170 degrees fov) caught everything.
A traffic cop stopped me after and asked me to pay of Rs 2000 on the spot, siezing my vehicle for disobedience ( saying I ignored his signal to stop) [Section 179 of the Motor Vehicles Act]
Thing is I genuinely didn’t see any clear signal at the time.
Should fight it out?
