May 5, 2025 at 12:50 pmToday around 4:00 AM a transaction has been done of 30k rupees with my brother’s credit card without OTP, it was an international transaction done in USA and it wasnt done by him and not under his knowing and i know that international transactions doesn’t require otp, also international transactions are in daily use for him so can’t turn it off too.So what can we do in this case, this has happened to us for the first time.
please advice me for the same.Thank you
edit: The transaction was done at Magic Mike Live, Las Vegas

May 5, 2025 at 12:55 pmYou need to issue a chargeback on the card. Also block the card as it seems to have been skimmed from some database. No other way. (You most likely going to experience same thing again if its a data breach for this card).-

May 5, 2025 at 1:03 pmUsually not required. But you need to raise chargeback ASAP as there is a liability clause. Don’t wait for this.
