CWhere I can complaint about tree cutting in our area in the name of maintenance and making road.
They even cutted the trees that I planted.
In the name of development, government is clearing forest and then asking to plant tree in name of mother. What an irony.Other develop countries done there development while maintaining there forest and wildlife. They even have portable water.
Why can’t we develop like this if we are copying there infrastructure development.

RUnauthorized cutting/felling of trees is actionable and an offence. Kindly mention your State/local area to guide you better. Meanwhile, yes, you can lodge a police complaint for the same.

RThat’s an executive order. Well, you still have recourse against it, however, a rather difficult journey. NGT would definitely hear you out and stay felling of trees meanwhile your petition remains pending, but whether the order will be reversed/withdrawn, is what will take time, and is also not certain.
