True Way packers and movers SCAM !!!!

I am shifting my home from Bangalore to Kerala.

Initially, True Way packers and movers quoted ₹28500 which seemed like a fare price.

Then they increased the quote to &29900 since my apartment was in 3rd floor then there was no lift.

But even that seemed fare.

once they packed my things and loaded and the vehicle took off, they billed me ₹40000.

They pointed out that it was written in the quotation in one small corner that 18% will be charged as service charged.

That along with ₹5000 insurance which they applied without asking me made the bill cost ₹40000.

I had to pay the amount since my things are with them.

Now I do not know how much I have to pay to unload the things..
