I am an enterprenuer who had always find it difficult to get legally valid and well drafted agreements and get them signed on the go – The complexity has been huge..
So, I have been building a system that would solve that through a structured AI system with multiple AI reviewers on top of it..
However, my advisors say that since we are using AI to structure the agreements – We should put a disclaimer that – Please get it reviewed from a lawyer before signing..
Also, AI doesnt draft the agreement – there are already written and broken into multiple pool clauses, sections and text wherein AI is just playing a lego game with them in a structured manner..
Would love to know if thats the case…
