Tso made knowingly false report against me after i had complaint against fps ( maharashtra) nagpur .

I am from Maharashtra nagpur there fps was taking biometric thumb and not giving ration this happened 2 times after i refused to give thumb and done complaint against here through online portal of Maharashtra aple Sarkar. First tso ( taluka supply officer) closed my online complaint without solving it just wrote matter solved without on ground solution after that which i filed appeal against that . And wrote letter to state food commission and waited for 15 to 20 days still no response from there side no update after
that i filed rti to know what happened to my matter. First they didn’t given info then i filed first appeal after they given information. In that rti report tso says my families is not live there for 25 years and attached statement of fps , police patil, grampanchayat and villagers to the rti . But my father himself given thumb print in machine 2 months ago tso knowingly skip that in report. My family currently live in different district for work / education purpose but we keep going there whenever we get time . I sended whole this matter to sdo still nothing happened. Now I don’t know what to do .
