Two names of the birth certificate. What to do?

Hello everyone, please help me with this.

On my birth certificate there are two names(A and B), A urf(alias) B. The name B is used in every documents, marksheets and certificates.

Is it legal to have two names on the Birth certificate? If no, then what steps I have to do to keep B the only name on my certificate?

Get a “One and Same person” affidavit and use it if ever becomes an issues.

No need for a different birth certificate? If I get this affidavit and get it notarized do I have to publish a notice in the newspaper?
