Unable to Pay Challan Online

I was issued a Challan on 4th January. But I didn’t receive it any message on the phone like when it happened earlier. Randomly checked on cred today and there is a challan pending. But the echallan portal doesn’t show pay button. I checked virtual court. There is a case there. What does this mean? I have attached link to the screenshots.

Also the challan was sent to court on the same day as the offence.
