Unpaid internship stipend

I was working at a startup based in Delhi I approached via LinkedIn. I looked it up online and there wasn’t anything sketchy and was a legit business. I was hired as a developer with a fixed monthly stipend which was to be credited 7th of every month. But after one month they cited some reasons and I thought it’s a startup salaries maybe delayed so I didn’t mind.
My offer was for 6 months but even after 4 months of work the person (I was hired by the CEO of the company) didn’t pay me and he ghosted me on all the platforms. He blocked me on LinkedIn too.

What should I do? “Cutting my losses” is something i thought about but I feel that’s not fair.
I am sorry if I didn’t keep my post brief as this is my first time posting on this subreddit.

Not A Lawyer:

Use ChatGPT to generate a notice of dues. Send this to the CEO of the company via speedpost (where they get signature of the receipt of your notice from the recipient). Make sure the notice has 15 days response time. Send the same letter on the email. If they guy is not some con artist, he would give in rather take this to the court.

Did that. When he first started ghosting me after a month I did this only, he called me back that day only and said he would pay me by the end of that month but to no one’s surprise he didn’t
