March 7, 2025 at 10:16 amI have an unpaid invoice in the tune fo 30 lacs from a running company. I have al the documentation in terms of filed GST returns, receipt goods confirmation. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer or agency in Bangalore to recover these dues. I believe the fees will be contingent. For e.g 20% of recovery amount.Thank you

March 7, 2025 at 3:24 pmLawyer here.Lawyers in India cannot charge fees on the outcome of a litigation. Those who do are breaking the law themselves.
A good remedy for you would be to file a claim under the MSME Act provides your company /firm / proprietorship is registered under the MSME Act.

March 9, 2025 at 4:06 pmGo to known lawyer, you can work out such deal discreetly. Although it’s not legal such a deal happen time to time. Mostly in land litigations, my city lawyers earn crazy contigent to outcome of case.But unknown lawyer would never enter in such deal with you
