So, my grandfather’s lawyer has been trying to file the Vakalatnama, but for some reason, the court isn’t accepting it. This has happened three times now. The same thing happened today, and instead of handling it professionally, he made a whole scene in court.The judge is still giving him chances and keeps extending the time, but at this point, I’m wondering what’s actually going wrong? Is it incompetence, some technical issue, or something else entirely?
What could be the reasons for repeated rejection?

QGrandaddy got placed ex parte because he didn’t come even after receiving summons. Can’t believe your lawyer isn’t getting his rear in the gear and moving the case along. 3 hearings to refuse a vakalatnama is absurd.

QWhat are you saying woman. You won a case you’re trying to get it executed. Your grandfather’s lawyer is wasting time and the judge is going along with it because your lawyer isn’t saying anything. How is this beneficial for you ? Do you not want the money ? Smh

UOh gotch ya , i was confused for a moment. So what am i suppose to do , my lawyer said tht this needs to be transferred to the high court. I agreew ith that oart that the judge is giving him the chances thats really unusual

UThe judge has been wasting time ever since. We already feel like she has been bribed or something. She clearly said few months back that the final decision will be taken and during tht duration this lawyer or my grandfather were not present suddenly he comes to the court and tries filing vakalatnama . This case as in whole is gettung complicated coz of this judge.
