UPI amount missing

Hi,
I’ve sent 500 rupees to my friend via Google Pay last week by selecting their contact, but they claim that the UPI ID to which I sent was not theirs though the bank name was same as them..

Also they have confirmed the other UPI apps in their mobile that the particular UPI ID was not theirs.

How to revoke or handle?

I’m sure they are not fooling around with me.
