I need to travel abroad urgently, but I am required to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). While trying to log in to the application portal, I am prompted to enter two OTPs: one sent to my email and the other to my mobile number. The email OTP arrives within 10 seconds, but I am not receiving the mobile OTP at all.
I have already tried switching browsers and updating my phone number in the profile, but the issue persists. Since obtaining a PCC typically takes 2โ3 weeks, I would like to complete the application process as soon as possible.
Does anyone know a workaround for this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
