URGENT HELP – Builder Withholding Legal Penthouse Terrace

Property Located – Ahmedabad

Construction Date – 40 years ago 

Project – Redevelopment 

We own 2 penthouse with terrace legally (**Have proper documents & everything is clear**) , 

Building is planning to go for redevelopment but builder says that there is some rule in Ahmedabad/Gujarat by which he cannot give us terrace legally and thus he is offering us money instead  

Is there any such rule when the building is going for redevelopment ? 

**Important – Have not signed any document yet regarding this project / Have a meeting with builder tomorrow morning , Please Guide ASAP**
