Need your help anyone, My life is in danger and I am being threatened by a colleague at office. I need your help. Please let me know. I am already feeling suic*dal about it. Took the courage to finally block him and he has responded he will mess my life.

this sounds really serious especially because it has moved from relationship issues into direct threats and fear for your safety the part that usually matters most in situations like this is not trying to handle it emotionally alone but making sure there is a clear record of what is being said and how often it is happening because those things become important very quickly later also workplace dynamics can complicate things more than people expect have his threats been through messages or calls that you still have saved or did most of it happen verbally after you blocked him
