PHi everyone,
I’m writing this with a very heavy heart. I’ve suffered a **massive financial and emotional loss** due to what I believe is a serious malfunction on the crypto platform **Delta Exchange** — and after **over 2 months of trying**, they’ve not only **ignored my issue but also** closed my ticket without resolution.**What happened:**
* In **January**, Delta **automatically closed my position without my consent**, wiping out unrealized profits potentially worth several crores.
* On **February 25**, I tried to **manually exit my ETH long position**. I clicked “Confirm” multiple times, but **the platform failed to register my inputs**, and the orders didn’t go through. This caused me a Huge loss
* The **exit orders were not even recorded in the logs**, which further confirms the platform glitch.
* I raised multiple support tickets, provided detailed explanations, and even agreed to a **private Google Meet**, where I was told not to share the meeting publicly and was promised resolution.
* Instead, I was given **$5000 in Delta Cash**, which is not usable in any meaningful way, and **my ticket was closed without addressing the real issue**.
* On **March 20**, I deliberately tested the platform again and **recorded a video** showing the same issue — repeated clicks not registering.
* I have also filed a **cybercrime complaint (Acknowledgement No: 22403250003533)** and reached out to FIU, SEBI, and others.I’ve posted about this on Twitter and tagged multiple people. I have always trusted the platform — I’ve done **multiple crore-worth transactions** on Delta Exchange. But now, I’m **mentally and financially broken**. My mother is completely dependent on me. I’m a student at NIT Rourkela, and I don’t know how to focus on my exams during this time.
**All I’m asking for is:**
* A fair investigation
* Accountability from Delta Exchange
* A chance to speak to someone from their top managementIf you’ve ever had issues with Delta Exchange or know anyone who can help raise awareness or guide me legally, please help. Your support could mean a lot to someone fighting this alone.
