April 1, 2025 at 1:49 pmWe need urgent legal advice regarding two tragic deaths at IIIT Allahabad—one due to medical negligence and another due to academic pressure and faculty harassment. The administration is covering up the incidents, refusing to file an FIR, and threatening students and parents into silence.College forced parents to accept compensation while denying justice.
Police sided with the administration, ignored complaints, and arrested a student protester on false grounds.
Faculty are threatening students’ placements for protesting.
Media is being manipulated to spread false narratives.
We want to take legal action against the administration, college hospital, and police for negligence, coercion, and wrongful suppression of justice. How can we proceed legally? Can we file a PIL, demand an independent investigation, or seek protection from threats?
Any legal experts, activists, or lawyers who can guide us—please help. This is a fight for justice. What are our legal options?

April 1, 2025 at 2:15 pmSubmit a written complaint along with copies of all supporting evidence to the SP / DCP. If the FIR is still not registered, then file a complaint before the Magistrate’s Court. You may also raise the issue on social media, as public pressure can compel the authorities to act.If these measures do not yield results, you can file a Writ Petition before the High Court seeking appropriate directions.

April 1, 2025 at 2:51 pmThe main problem for FIR is that the parents are not willing to file the FIR because the College said that either file FIR and you won’t get compensation or you take the compensation now.
The deceased students parents are gone to their homeplace Telangana & If any student file FIR then college will threaten them about Placements and Internships.-
