May 5, 2026 at 11:17 amI am a creator for Myntra’s Glam Clan. They recently withheld 100 guaranteed promotional credits from my approved earnings. Because their own customer support wouldn’t help, I raised an official NCH (National Consumer Helpline) grievance. Myntra responded by marking their side as ‘Closed’ with a totally unhelpful internal remark: ‘issue – cx concern is related to glam clan. resolution – share information as per revert by concern team and close the task’. They didn’t deposit my missing credits or actually resolve anything. My balance is exactly the same. The overall NCH final status still says ‘In Process’. I refuse to let them get away with this fake closure tactic but I also want to handle this entirely online without spending a single rupee on legal fees or advocates and without going anywhere physically like a consumer court. Has anyone faced this fake closure trick on NCH before? The portal doesn’t even show any button to reject the resolution or message back and forth. What is the most effective way to push back digitally right now to force them to actually deposit my earnings? Any advice is appreciated!
