March 6, 2025 at 9:35 amIn which situations can police issue a challan. I was not on call neither texting but putting map on the fone to navigate that is exactly when constable saw me and issues a challan of 5000. Is this something that can be challenged. It’s quite harrassing to me. -

March 6, 2025 at 9:55 amI sympathise with you but I strongly support any public servant that issues challans for using phones while operating heavy machinery, i.e. vehicles. Please stop by the roadside to operate the mobile device before resuming your journey.
Countless accidents have been caused, countless lives lost, to distracted driving.

March 6, 2025 at 1:27 pmYou can contest a challan. Few days ago, I sorted my 10000 rs. challan in just 2000 rs. with the help of DigiLawyer’s team.-
